The climate at the Côte d'Azur is subtropical, and statistically it offers around 320 sunny days per year with less than 800 mm rain every year.

The residence 'Marina Baie Des Anges' is placed right in the middle of the Côte d'Azur, thereby serving as a perfect base for expiriencing the region. Within short distance from the apartment, you will find:

Nice. The old city, the market place, museums, the 'Promenade des Anglais' etc. (10 km).

Cannes. The old city 'Le Suquet', the festival building, the marina, fabolous hotels and shops, museums etc. (15 km).

St. Paul. Unique medieval village with the famous artists' restaurant La Colombe d'Or and the unique art gallery, Fondation Maeght (5 km).

Vence. Medieval city in the mountains behind the Côte d'Azur (10 km).

Antibes. The old city, the castle and the Picasso museum (3 km).

Marineland. Huge amusement park with aquasplash and daily shows with dolfins and killer whales (3 km).

Biot. Village on a mountain top behind the Côte d'Azur, known for it's glass and pottery producers (5 km).

Monaco. The harbour, the castle, the casino etc. (40 km).

At longer distance, you will find a large number of further attractions, e.g Saint Tropez and the Gorges du Verdon (the Europan Grand Canyon) with huge cliffs.

During winter, skiing entusiasts have the option of visiting the pistes in Southern France around Valberg, appr. 70 km from the apartment.
